In April 1981, construction started and was completed on October 4.
The base area is 0.0717 hectares and the building area 209.3m².
During the period of Japanese rule, the station was Fangliao Irrigation Cooperative. It was demolished and rebuilt on the spot and is now located at the side of the old provincial highway in Fangliao.
