The office adheres to the "Government Decree to Promote Agricultural Water Irrigation" and implements the Ministry of Agriculture's policy of "Production, Ecology and Life." The irrigation area is currently 25,427 hectares, with 18 workstations and about 100km in length, starting from the south bank of Gaoping River in the north and reaching the Hengchun Peninsula. It achieves irrigation and irrigation goals through main canals, lateral canals, leading channels and 867 water pumps.

6. Reviews water policy, saves water, releases residual water, and meets people's livelihood and industrial water needs.
