On August 1, 1982, construction started and was completed on February 5, 1983.
The base area is 387m² and the building area 250.39 m².
During the period of Japanese rule and the early days of Retrocession, station offices were set up in Xinwei Village and Zhenxing Village to manage the Ailiao River Main Canal and pumping wells. In 1964, the offices were merged and a house was built to serve as an office. Later, due to the widening of the canal, the office was moved and rebuilt in 1982.
